To Oak Meadows from Chicago via the 290 Expressway

Take 290 Expressway west and exit at Route 83 north - Continue north on Route 83 to the first stoplight (Oak Meadows Dr.) - Turn left and go west 1 mile on Oak Meadows Dr. to facility entrance.

To Oak Meadows from O'Hare

International Airport Exit the airport and take Mannheim Rd. south - Continue south on Mannheim to Irving Park Rd (Rt. 19) - Turn right onto Irving Park Rd. and head west to Wood Dale Rd. - Turn left onto Wood Dale Rd. and continue south 1 mile to the facility entrance.

To Maple Meadows from Chicago via the 290 Expressway

Take 290 Expressway west and exit at Lake St (Rt. 20) heading west - Continue west on Lake St. 1.5 miles to Addison Rd. - Turn right onto Addison Rd. and go north 1 mile to the entrance. Maple Meadow's entrance is on the left hand (west) side of Addison Rd.

To Maple Meadows from O'Hare International Airport

Exit the airport and take Mannheim Rd. south - Continue south on Mannheim to Irving Park Rd (Rt. 19) - Turn right onto Irving Park Rd. and head west to Addison Rd. - Turn left onto Addison Rd. and continue south 1 mile to the entrance on the right hand (west) side of Addison Rd.
